Virtual Framing Assistance Service
Wouldn't you love to see what the art you just purchased looks like matted and framed? Well now Art from the Soul will provide virtual framing asistance. You can select mat colors, the number of mats, frame color including combinations and variations and we'll present it to you on line within minutes all at no additional charge. If you want, we can make suggestions too. You can then take that information and choose whether you want to do your own framing or ask Art from the Soul to do it. If you choose to have Art from the Soul frame your art, we will use all archival materials and a price quotation will be provided. Here are some samples of our virtual framing assistance services.
Right of Inspection and Return
After you have received your order, you have a 3 day right to inspect your purchase. If Art from the Soul does not hear from the buyer by the end of the inspection period, then it will be assumed that you are completely satisfied with your order. If you receive an order that you're are not satisfied with, you have the right to return an order. The buyer will be responsible for the return shipping fees when returning an order. Note: Only non-customized (including custom sizes), non-personalized work is returnable. Custom framing is non-returnable.
Shipping Information for Art
All art purchased from Art from the Soul will be shipped via UPS or a USPS traceable method. Please allow 5-10 days to receive your order. You will be provided via e-mail, the tracking number.
Shipping will be quoted separately according to the weight of the art. Framed work is shipped with Plexiglas which is very lightweight. Unframed art is shipped in tubes.
With UPS, shipments are easy for you and Art from the Soul to track.
